Had an emergency and was going down the list of 24hr plumbers. No answers or leave message. Message given and nobody called back. Finally got to Johnson Family plumbing A real person answered the phone. She was super nice and listened then gave me options with estimates so I knew what we might be looking at. Scheduled appointment 7am the next morning and her husband was here at 7am. This never happens here. Husband was super nice. My situation seemed simple but ended up being a bigger job but he fixed every issue and explained every step along the way…

We found them through a Facebook group in our area. Called and got a quote on the phone. Michael showed up the next day and did a great job plus replaced two shut offs that weren’t originally discussed for the original quoted price. They were $650 cheaper than the original quote I got from another company. Looks and works great. Will definitely be the go to from now on.
